Upon delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the equipment immediately. If any defects or issues are found, they must be reported to AGR India Engineering within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
Equipment rented from AGR India Engineering can be returned under the following conditions:
– The equipment must be in the same condition as it was at the time of rental, with no damages or missing parts.
– Normal wear and tear are acceptable, but significant damage will incur additional charges.
– The equipment must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and other items provided at the time of rental.
3. Return Period
– The return period is specified in the rental agreement signed at the time of renting the equipment.
– If the equipment is returned after the agreed rental period, additional charges may apply as per the terms in the rental agreement.
4. Return Procedure
To return the equipment, please follow these steps:

– Once the equipment has left the yard or warehouse, the full payment will be applicable as per the rental agreement.
